Yes, there is a contract agreement which is renewable on year to year basis . Also we have month to month basis.
How do I sign up?
Customer has to furnish the details like company name, address, contact number, email-id.
We will send you the agreement copy to your mail id and after reading the terms and condition you need to sign the agreement .
How much Bandwidth is Free?
Spacetel will provide 10TB free bandwidth per month. Additional bandwidth will be charged as per the usage.
Can I upgrade at a later date?
Yes, you can upgrade your configuration when ever you want .
How do I cancel my agreement?
There is a 30 day notice period and you have to clear the outstanding dues if any.
Do I get a free Support?
We will provide the free support for unmanaged services . There will be service charges for managed services.
